Find your PC muscle by intentionally stopping the flow of urine while you pee. Do this several times until you can clearly feel and control the muscle you are using to stop the flow. That’s your PC muscle. Make sure you know what it feels like to squeeze and release it. These are called Kegel exercises.
Discover your “Point of no return”
The moment during sexual excitement after which ejaculation is inevitable has been aptly termed as the Point of no return. The best way to identify this point is to masturbate and pay close attention just as you are about to ejaculate. You may observe a tingling feeling which usually signifies that you are about to hit your Point of no return. Knowing what this feels like will help you know when to pull back from an orgasm.
Explore your sexual response cycle
When you masturbate, observe the following:
- Things that turn you on
- How your body (and breathing) responds to sexual stimulation
- The feeling you get just before the “Point of no return”
- Your body response after orgasm
Practice makes perfect
Practice when you are all alone, and there’s no one around to distract you.
Relax and increase your alertness
As you begin this exercise, relax yourself whichever way you please and try to tune into how your body feels. Run your hands up and down your body; you may touch your genitals or any other part of your body that turns you on, but don’t start masturbating right away.
Masturbate however you wish to, but pay close attention to the energy in your body. Observe places where the energy is concentrated and the direction in which it radiates, if at all. Note the changes in this energy as you approach the climax. Don’t bring yourself to orgasm or ejaculate yet.
Control your “Point of no return”
If you feel as if you’re reaching the point of no return, stop the stimulation and take some deep breaths. Once you’ve held back, you can begin to stimulate yourself again. Do this twice at least. Get a detailed sense of what your point of no return is like, and discover how you can control it.
Your PC muscle and the point of no return
Again as you feel closer to the climax, stop the stimulation as you have before, but this time squeeze your PC muscle and hold it for a few seconds. You can use this technique to prevent yourself from ejaculating. It also creates the opportunity to have several orgasms in a row.
Increase your orgasmic energy flow
When you’re nearing the point of orgasm, observe the build up of energy (heat) in the lower part of your body, and begin to breathe heavily while imagining the energy up towards your head.
Give in to the flow
Finally, let yourself have an orgasm. Use all the techniques learned above including breath, awareness, and squeezing your PC muscle. Let yourself orgasm, but squeeze your PC muscle just as you feel you might ejaculate. As you practice this last step, you may find that you can get to the point of no return, surpass it, and experience a tingly orgasm without even ejaculating. Non-ejaculatory orgasms feel different, but they are pleasurable nonetheless.
You need a strong PC muscle to control your ejaculation. The Kegel exercise mentioned in the previous section will help you. If your PC muscle is well-developed, you'll find it much easier to control both the amount and distance of the semen you ejaculate. The consistency of your ejaculate must be thin, not heavy or viscous and it must have a good volume.
The best way to achieve good semen quality is through the right diet:
- Eat healthy.
- Cut out the red meat.
- Eat more fruits and vegetables.
- Drink lots of water.
Now that you're eating right, you should try to avoid ejaculating every day. Your first ejaculation of the day is always the greatest in volume. Try to withhold cumming for a couple of days. This will assure that you have a large volume of semen saved up for your big moment. When it's actually time to ejaculate, squeeze your PC muscle at the exact time of your orgasm. As you reach the ultimate peak of stimulation, release your PC muscle with great force. You'll be surprised at the volume and distance achieved!
